Open your preferred web browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
Navigate to https://account.docusign.com/.
On the login page, enter your TruCare.org email address into the email field.
Click Next.
After clicking Next, you will see an option to select "Use Company Login".
Click on this option to proceed to your organization’s SSO login page.
You will be redirected to Microsoft’s login page for your organization.
Enter your TruCare.org email address and password.
Complete any additional security steps, such as:
Two-factor authentication (e.g., verification code via phone or app).
Accepting a login prompt on your mobile device.
Once authenticated, you will be redirected back to DocuSign.
You are now logged into your DocuSign account and can start using the platform.
Receiving an error message? Double-check your email address.
SSO not working? Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or attempt logging in using an incognito/private window.
