Set your Dialpad Voicemail

You can set your voicemail greeting through the web portal or your Mobile/SIP app. Here's how to do it:

Listen to Your Current Voicemail Greeting

1. Go to Dialpad.com and log in.
2. You'll be greeted with this screen scroll down for more settings:
   
3. Under Call Handling & Voicemail, click the blue play button next to the greeting type to hear your current voicemail greeting.
   
   
   
   

Set Your Voicemail Greeting from the Web Portal

1. Log in to Dialpad.com.

2. Scroll down to Call Handling & Voicemail.

3. Choose one of the following:

   • Record a Greeting: Record directly from your device.

   • Upload a Greeting: Upload an existing MP3 file (maximum size: 10MB).

   Tip: If you prefer to use Dialpad’s default voicemail greeting, no changes are required—just leave the default setting as is.

4. If recording a custom voicemail:

   • Keep it 45 seconds or shorter.
   • After recording, you can rename or delete the greeting as needed.

Key Details

• MP3 uploads must be 10MB or smaller.
• Custom recordings should not exceed 45 seconds in length.
