How to sign in with DocuSign via SSO
How to sign in with DocuSign via SSO:
On your computer:
1. Go to https://account.docusign.com/
2. Enter your TRU email and click Next
3. Click Use Company Login
4. It will take you to your O365 login. Enter in your TRU Email and click Next:
5. Enter in your password, it’s the same as the password you use to login to your computer.
6. It will take you to your DocuSign account:
On your iPhone:
Open the DocuSign App on your Phone:
You will be asked to sign in, click Log In(If you do not have a DocuSign account, contact support@trucare.org):
Enter your TRU Email address and tap Next
You will be prompted to enter your password, instead tap USE COMPANY LOGIN
It will take you to the O365 Login portal. Enter your TRU email address and tap Next
Enter your TRU Password and hit Sign in.
It will take you to your DocuSign home Screen.
