Setting / Changing Voicemail Greeting Remotely.

1. Call the full (Extension)   number from your desk phone or cell phone.

2. When voicemail greeting starts ("Welcome to Avaya.. / Your call has been answered..") Press *7

3. It will ask for extension enter (last 3 of number e.g. 221) and then #.

4. It will ask for password, enter (Password) and then #.

5. press 3

6. press 1

7. Enter greeting number 3 - to create a new greeting

8. Record the message and press # when complete
