How to setup Zoom for use in the conference rooms

1. Connect your laptop to the TV using the HDMI cable

2. Make sure the TV's volume is set to around 20

3. Join the meeting

4. Once you have joined the meeting, select "Join with Computer Audio"

5. In the bottom left, click on the "up arrow" on the Mute button and select the TV under Speakers

If you don't hear any sound coming from the TV, make sure you have the volume on the laptop turned all the way up
